“Pharmacy Assistant” graduates are specialized with theoretical knowledge and is responsible for the pharmacy’s smooth operation. They interact with customers, explain prescriptions and assist the pharmacist. This work includes interaction with customers, providing prescribed medicine and service for medicine, parapharmaceuticals and cosmetics, helping customers to choose cosmetics, medicine and cosmetics supply, pharmacy office automation, taking care of space security and hygiene.
They are fully trained in laboratory preparing medicine, parapharmaceuticals and cosmetics under the pharmacist’s supervision, controlling material and product quantity and quality based on instruments.
They are responsible for keeping up with regulations, preparation standards, equipment maintenance, packaging, material and product maintenance. Knowledge on medicine composition and effects boosts self-confidence in executing everyday pharmacy duties.
